A Broken Dream! Zoro Vow to be the best!!!

Strong determination but not approved by fate, that's the right word to describe Kuina's fate. A little girl managed to defeat Zoro in a swordsmanship, but as a woman, she would not be able to become the best swordsman in the world. After 2000 times fighting in the dojo, Zoro finally challenged the fight by using the original sword. Kuina stays victorious as usual, but can not conceal the sadness that she is impossible to grow into the best.

That night Zoro managed to persuade Kuina to dare to face his dream, they finally promised to keep both train hard to be the best. Exercise continued as usual until suddenly there was a shocking news, Kuina died. Kuina dies for no apparent reason and leaves Zoro who has never defeated her. Zoro was devastated, very sad. To remember Kuina she really promised herself to be the best swordsman at one time. Koshiro as a Kuina's father approves Zoro's determination, and gives him Wado Ichimonji. The sword belongs to the 'O Wazamono' category sword, which Kuina should have taken on the journey.

Johnny and Yosaku are the first professional bounty hunters to appear in One Piece comics, apart from Zoro . Even on their way Zoro also get involved to search and capture the pirates. The reunion happened on the ship inadvertently due to Luffy's actions with Usopp . Johnny is angry with Usopp's cannon ball that almost hit them when Yosaku is ill and hiding in a sea cliff. Inadvertent meetings are enough to give wisdom. When Nami treats Yosaku who lacks vitamin C, they realize that the presence of a chef on a ship is very important. Luffy then decides to find a cook as a new crew, and they head for the Baratie restaurant .

The Wrong Target! Straw Hats Stuck in Baratie!

Luffy and his group want to find a chef on their pirate ship, Yosaku recommends looking at a floating restaurant called Baratie . Straw Hats pirates managed to get there, suddenly met with a naval vessel commanded by Captain Fullbody . A bit of a mouthpiece leads them to trouble. Marine ship fired a cannon ball which was later successfully reflected by Luffy. Unfortunately the reflection action of the cannon ball was not perfect, so the result of the shot was about the chef's headroom from Baratie's restaurant.

Zoro first fight with Kuina in Shimotsuki Village

Zoro's life starts from a journey from village to village , testing the swordsmen in various dojo. Although still very young and limited experience, in some dojo he managed to defeat adult swordsman. Until he arrived to Shimotsuki Village and met with Koshiro and Kuina . In Shimotsuki Zoro said: "If the swordsman in this dojo lose, then the name of the dojo should be replaced by his name". Koshiro agrees but if Zoro loses, then he should join the dojo and practice like other students. It turns out that in the end Kuina managed to defeat him. Finally Zoro has a rival he can not defeat, then practice very hard to achieve that goal.
